Supporting neurodivergent folks and their families with care, curiosity, and collaboration.

Australia-wide via Telehealth

Hi! I'm Ingrid.

I’m an autistic, ADHD psychologist working with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults. I offer a safe, affirming space where you can be your authentic self, explore what matters to you, and develop strategies that work with your brain, not against it.

My approach is collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed. Whether your goals are at home, school, university, or work, we’ll focus on building supports that meet your needs.
